Irresistible Smoked Buffalo Chicken Dip for Game Day Fun


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded smoked chicken
  • 1 cup Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Wings Hot Sauce
  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese (shredded)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Hey Grill Hey Fish & Veggie Rub
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup red onion (minced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker or oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, pepper jack cheese, and Veggie Shake in a medium mixing bowl. Stir until creamy and spread into a cast iron skillet.
  3. Combine the shredded smoked chicken and Buffalo sauce in a separate bowl. Pour over the cream cheese layer in the skillet and top with crumbled blue cheese.
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes until bubbling and the blue cheese is melted.
  5. Garnish with minced red onion and chopped cilantro before serving.
