Irresistible Smoked Buffalo Chicken Dip for Game Day Fun

- 2 cups shredded smoked chicken
- 1 cup Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Wings Hot Sauce
- 1 cup pepper jack cheese (shredded)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp Hey Grill Hey Fish & Veggie Rub
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup red onion (minced)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker or oven to 350°F.
- Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, pepper jack cheese, and Veggie Shake in a medium mixing bowl. Stir until creamy and spread into a cast iron skillet.
- Combine the shredded smoked chicken and Buffalo sauce in a separate bowl. Pour over the cream cheese layer in the skillet and top with crumbled blue cheese.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until bubbling and the blue cheese is melted.
- Garnish with minced red onion and chopped cilantro before serving.
