Description

Roasted Broccolini is a simple and flavorful side dish, featuring tender broccolini tossed with olive oil, garlic, and lemon, then roasted to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb broccolini, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 small lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the broccolini with olive oil, minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) until well coated.
  3. Spread the broccolini in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 16-18 minutes, until the broccolini is tender and the edges begin to crisp.
  5. Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with lemon juice and zest. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired, and serve warm.
