- 1 lb broccolini, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 small lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the broccolini with olive oil, minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) until well coated.
- Spread the broccolini in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 16-18 minutes, until the broccolini is tender and the edges begin to crisp.
- Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with lemon juice and zest. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired, and serve warm.
