Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, and eggs until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
