Description

A quick and elegant Lobster Ravioli with Creamy Garlic Sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions. This dish features tender ravioli enveloped in a rich, velvety garlic cream sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound lobster ravioli (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lobster ravioli and cook according to package directions until they float (usually 3-5 minutes for fresh, longer for frozen). Reserve about 1/2 cup of the pasta water before draining the ravioli.
  2. While the ravioli cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  3. Pour the heavy cream into the skillet with the garlic. Bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice. Season the creamy garlic sauce with salt and pepper to taste. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of the reserved pasta water to reach your desired consistency.
  5. Gently add the drained lobster ravioli to the skillet with the creamy garlic sauce. Toss to coat the ravioli evenly. Heat for 1-2 minutes more, allowing the ravioli to warm through in the sauce.
  6. Serve the Lobster Ravioli with Creamy Garlic Sauce immediately. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.

Notes

  • Always taste and adjust seasoning for the creamy garlic sauce.
  • Do not overcook the ravioli; aim for tender but firm.
  • Fresh ingredients yield the best flavor for this lobster ravioli dish.
  • Consider adding sautĂ©ed spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
  • For a lighter sauce, substitute half the heavy cream with chicken or vegetable broth.
