- 100 g Mini Marshmallows (Chopped larger marshmallows can be used.)
- 150 g Vanilla Creme Sandwich Cookies (Gluten-free options can be used.)
- 100 g Cadbury Mini Eggs (Can substitute with other chocolate-coated eggs.)
Instructions
- Start by chopping all your candies and cookies into manageable pieces, about the size of a marble. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped milk chocolate and avocado oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring frequently, until melted and smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- Gently fold in the chopped caramello squares, vanilla crème sandwich cookies, Cadbury mini eggs, and mini marshmallows into the melted chocolate until well-coated.
- Lightly grease a loaf pan with oil or line it with parchment paper. Transfer the chocolate mixture evenly into the pan, pressing down gently and topping with extra mini eggs.
- Place the pan in the freezer for 1 hour to firm up, then transfer to the refrigerator until ready to slice and serve.
