Description

This Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is an easy and comforting Italian-inspired dinner layered with cheese ravioli, rich meat sauce, and melty mozzarella, all cooked to perfection in your slow cooker.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 24 ounces marinara sauce
  • 20 ounces frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  2. Spray the inside of your crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
  3. Arrange a layer of frozen cheese ravioli over the sauce. Top with a portion of the cooked beef, dollops of ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, and parmesan cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with sauce and cheese on top.
  4. Cover the crockpot and cook on LOW for 4 hours, or until the ravioli is tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Turn off the slow cooker and let the lasagna sit for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
