Description
This Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is an easy and comforting Italian-inspired dinner layered with cheese ravioli, rich meat sauce, and melty mozzarella, all cooked to perfection in your slow cooker.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 24 ounces marinara sauce
- 20 ounces frozen cheese ravioli
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Spray the inside of your crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
- Arrange a layer of frozen cheese ravioli over the sauce. Top with a portion of the cooked beef, dollops of ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, and parmesan cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with sauce and cheese on top.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on LOW for 4 hours, or until the ravioli is tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Turn off the slow cooker and let the lasagna sit for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
