Description

This cranberry mimosa recipe offers an effortless way to create a vibrant, refreshing drink perfect for holiday brunches and celebrations. It combines tart cranberry juice with sweet pineapple orange juice and sparkling wine, garnished with frozen cranberries, an orange twist, and a mint sprig for a festive presentation.

  • 2 oz 100% Cranberry Juice
  • 1 oz Pineapple Orange Juice
  • 3 oz Sparkling Wine (Prosecco or Cava)
  • 0.5 cups Frozen Cranberries
  • Orange Twist
  • Mint Sprig

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, combine 2 oz of 100% cranberry juice with 1 oz of pineapple orange juice. Stir well.
  2. If preparing in advance, chill the juice mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  3. When ready to serve, fill a champagne flute with 3 oz of sparkling wine, tilting the glass slightly to preserve the bubbles.
  4. Carefully pour the chilled juice mixture into the flute over the sparkling wine. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Garnish your cranberry mimosa with a few frozen cranberries, an orange twist, and a sprig of fresh mint.
