- 1 Boursin cheese round (5.2 oz), garlic & fine herbs flavor preferred
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional garnish)
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half of the olive oil or melted butter until smooth.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the fillets and season with salt and black pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish. Spoon the Boursin cheese mixture evenly over each fillet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with fresh lemon wedges.
