Description

White Chocolate Bark is a festive and easy treat made by melting white chocolate and topping it with a variety of your favorite nuts, dried fruit, and sprinkles. Perfect for gifting or a sweet snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz (340 g) white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted pistachios
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second bursts, stirring after each, until completely smooth. Alternatively, use a double boiler.
  3. Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Quickly sprinkle the cranberries, pistachios, sliced almonds, mini chocolate chips, rainbow sprinkles, and sea salt evenly over the chocolate.
  5. Gently press the toppings into the chocolate with a spatula. Let the bark set at room temperature until firm, about 1 hour, or refrigerate for faster setting.
  6. Break the bark into pieces and store in an airtight container.
