Description
White Chocolate Bark is a festive and easy treat made by melting white chocolate and topping it with a variety of your favorite nuts, dried fruit, and sprinkles. Perfect for gifting or a sweet snack.

- 12 oz (340 g) white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
- 1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted pistachios
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second bursts, stirring after each, until completely smooth. Alternatively, use a double boiler.
- Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer about 1/4 inch thick.
- Quickly sprinkle the cranberries, pistachios, sliced almonds, mini chocolate chips, rainbow sprinkles, and sea salt evenly over the chocolate.
- Gently press the toppings into the chocolate with a spatula. Let the bark set at room temperature until firm, about 1 hour, or refrigerate for faster setting.
- Break the bark into pieces and store in an airtight container.
