Ingredients

  • 8 oz Boursin Cheese (or any herbed cream cheese)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced; fresh is preferable)
  • 2 tbsp Herbs (fresh parsley or thyme recommended)
  • 1 loaf Crostini (bread) (use gluten-free if needed)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil (can substitute with other oils)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix Boursin cheese with minced garlic and your choice of herbs in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Spread the cheesy mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Slice the bread into 1/2 inch slices and brush both sides with olive oil.
  5. Bake the dip for about 10-15 minutes until bubbly and heated through.
