- 2 tbsp Olive Oil (can substitute with other oils)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix Boursin cheese with minced garlic and your choice of herbs in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Spread the cheesy mixture into a baking dish.
- Slice the bread into 1/2 inch slices and brush both sides with olive oil.
- Bake the dip for about 10-15 minutes until bubbly and heated through.
- Bake the crostini for approximately 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
