Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine strawberry cake mix, melted butter, and egg until the mixture is smooth. Then, blend in the softened cream cheese until the dough is thick and well incorporated.
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the chilled dough and roll them into balls. For extra sweetness, roll each ball in powdered sugar or pink sugar before placing them on the baking sheet.
