  • 1 large Egg (Beaten for glaze.)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Puff Pastry: Thaw until pliable, avoiding mushiness.
  2. Sauté Spinach: Cook over medium heat until wilted, then cool and squeeze out moisture.
  3. Mix Filling: Combine sautéed spinach with crumbled feta in a bowl.
  4. Roll Out Dough: Roll puff pastry to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  5. Cut Strips: Slice pastry into even 1 inch wide strips.
  6. Assemble Twists: Spread filling on one edge, twist to form spirals.
