Instructions
- Prepare Puff Pastry: Thaw until pliable, avoiding mushiness.
- Sauté Spinach: Cook over medium heat until wilted, then cool and squeeze out moisture.
- Mix Filling: Combine sautéed spinach with crumbled feta in a bowl.
- Roll Out Dough: Roll puff pastry to about 1/8 inch thickness.
- Cut Strips: Slice pastry into even 1 inch wide strips.
- Assemble Twists: Spread filling on one edge, twist to form spirals.
