- 1 pound Large Shrimp (Peeled and deveined.)

- 1 cup Dry White Wine or Chicken Broth (For deglazing; vegetable broth is an option for non-alcoholic.)
- 1 whole Fresh Lemon (Juiced and zested.)
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (Chopped, for garnish.)
- 1.5 cups Reserved Pasta Water (For achieving silky sauce.)

Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water, add linguine or spaghetti, and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1.5 cups of pasta water before draining.
- Pat the large shrimp dry with a paper towel and season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt unsalted butter with extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until pink and curled. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
- Deglaze the skillet with dry white wine or chicken broth, scraping up brown bits. Simmer for about 3-5 minutes until the liquid reduces by half.
- Stir in fresh lemon juice and reserved pasta water. Whisk for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is glossy and creamy.
- Return the pasta and shrimp to the skillet, tossing with chopped parsley and lemon zest. Adjust sauce thickness with more reserved pasta water if needed.
- Optional: Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
