Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 slice Fresh Lemon
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. Arrange salmon on foil, skin-side down.
  4. Place lemon slices under the salmon.
  5. Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Combine butter with lemon juice, honey, and minced garlic.
  7. Pour three-quarters of the butter mixture over the salmon.
  8. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  9. Seal foil tightly around salmon to marinate for up to 15 minutes.
  10. Bake for 17 minutes until salmon is opaque and flakes easily.
  11. Remove foil and broil for 5-10 minutes for a golden finish, watching closely.
  12. Garnish with remaining butter mixture and parsley before serving.
