Instructions

- Crumble the Italian sausage directly into the pot. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sausage is browned and cooked through—around 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the white beans, your choice of broth, and the chopped kale or spinach. Mix well to ensure everything is integrated.
- Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and any Italian herbs you like. Bring it to a simmer, then cover and cook for 20-30 minutes.
