Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Karo Light Corn Syrup
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter

- 2 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon green gel food coloring
- 1 cup sprinkles of choice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, quick oats, and crispy rice cereal.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the corn syrup and brown sugar. Stir until it bubbles for about 30 seconds, then remove from heat and add in the creamy peanut butter, stirring until fully mixed.
- Pour the warm mixture over the cereal blend and stir to ensure everything is well coated and sticky.
- Transfer the mixture into an 8×8 square baking dish that’s been greased and lined with parchment paper. Press it down firmly.
- Allow the mixture to set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Once set, remove the bars from the baking dish and cut them into triangles.
- In a bowl, mix the powdered sugar and milk until it reaches a glue-like texture. Add the green gel food coloring and adjust with more milk if necessary.
- Pipe zig-zag lines of icing onto each tree shape and top with sprinkles.
- Optional: Drizzle melted chocolate over the trees for an extra layer of deliciousness.
