They are easy to make and versatile for grilling, baking, or air frying, making them ideal for any occasion from backyard barbecues to quick weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Chicken Tenders/Thighs/Breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dry Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Dill
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Hot Sauce to taste
  • Red Pepper Flakes to taste (optional)
  • Fresh Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, dry ranch seasoning, dill, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken pieces and toss to coat evenly. Thread seasoned chicken onto soaked skewers.
  2. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and any remaining seasonings. Reserve about ⅔ of the sauce for basting.
  3. Cook chicken skewers:
    • Air Fryer: Preheat to 400°F. Cook in batches for 5-6 minutes per side, basting with sauce, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
    • Oven: Preheat to 450°F. Arrange skewers on a foil-lined baking sheet, bake for 14 minutes, flipping halfway, then broil for 2 minutes.
    • Grill: Heat grill to medium-high. Grill skewers for 5-6 minutes per side, continually basting.
  4. Serve by drizzling the reserved garlic sauce over cooked skewers. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before enjoying.

Notes

  • Serve with a side of creamy ranch dip for extra flavor.
  • Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before cooking to prevent burning.
  • For best results, use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
