- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter

Instructions
- Lay one tortilla flat. Spread 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese evenly over half of the tortilla.
- Layer 1/4 cup pepperoni slices over the cheese.
- Add any optional toppings you desire.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce over the toppings.
- Sprinkle another 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Fold the tortilla in half to create a half-moon shape.
- Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Carefully place the folded pizzadilla into the skillet.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
