Description

Pepperoni Pizzadillas combine the cheesy goodness of pizza with the crispy delight of a quesadilla, offering a quick and satisfying meal perfect for busy nights. Customize with your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • Optional toppings: sliced mushrooms, bell peppers, onions

Instructions

  1. Lay one tortilla flat. Spread 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese evenly over half of the tortilla.
  2. Layer 1/4 cup pepperoni slices over the cheese.
  3. Add any optional toppings you desire.
  4. Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce over the toppings.
  5. Sprinkle another 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Fold the tortilla in half to create a half-moon shape.
  7. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  8. Carefully place the folded pizzadilla into the skillet.
  9. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey.
  10. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
  11. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, use a panini press.
  • Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
