  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup Dr Pepper soda
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. Set the Instant Pot to “Sauté” mode and add a little oil. Brown the meatballs in batches, ensuring they are lightly golden on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  4. Once all the meatballs are browned, add Dr Pepper, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar to the Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
  5. Add the meatballs back into the sauce, ensuring they are submerged.
  6. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to “Manual” for 10 minutes.
  7. Allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then manually release the remaining pressure.
  8. Serve the meatballs hot, drizzling extra sauce from the pot over them.
