  • 2 legs Luv-a-Duck Peking Roast Duck Legs
  • 4 pieces Soft Fresh Tortilla Wraps
  • 200 g Oak Leaf or Butter Lettuce
  • 200 g Continental Cucumber
  • 8 pieces Spring Onions
  • 200 ml Hoisin Sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the Luv-a-Duck Peking Duck Legs according to the package instructions. Once cooked, carefully shred the meat from the bones, ensuring it remains tender and flavorful.
  2. Gently warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds each to make them pliable.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. In the center, place ΒΌ of the lettuce, followed by cucumber batons, half the spring onions, and a generous helping of the shredded duck.
  4. Drizzle hoisin sauce over the filling to enhance the flavors.
  5. Fold the bottom of the tortilla up toward the center, then wrap and roll tightly to enclose everything.
  6. If desired, wrap the assembled wrap in kitchen paper and tie it with string for presentation. Slice in half to serve.
