- 2 legs Luv-a-Duck Peking Roast Duck Legs
- 4 pieces Soft Fresh Tortilla Wraps
- 200 g Oak Leaf or Butter Lettuce
- 200 g Continental Cucumber
- 8 pieces Spring Onions
- 200 ml Hoisin Sauce
Instructions
- Cook the Luv-a-Duck Peking Duck Legs according to the package instructions. Once cooked, carefully shred the meat from the bones, ensuring it remains tender and flavorful.
- Gently warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds each to make them pliable.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. In the center, place ΒΌ of the lettuce, followed by cucumber batons, half the spring onions, and a generous helping of the shredded duck.
- Drizzle hoisin sauce over the filling to enhance the flavors.
- Fold the bottom of the tortilla up toward the center, then wrap and roll tightly to enclose everything.
- If desired, wrap the assembled wrap in kitchen paper and tie it with string for presentation. Slice in half to serve.
