- 3–4 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced into wedges
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella (balls or slices)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn or thinly sliced

- For the Lemon Dressing:
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- Wash and slice peaches into wedges.
- Slice mozzarella if using a large ball, or halve mozzarella balls.

- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard (if using), salt, and lemon zest (if using) until combined.
- Scatter fresh basil over the salad.
- Drizzle the lemon dressing over the salad.
- Sprinkle with flaky salt and black pepper.
