Ingredients

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 3/4 cup paleo dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup paleo marshmallows, cut into halves
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan to form the crust. Bake for 12-14 minutes until lightly golden.
- Remove the crust from the oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the surface. Let them melt for 2-3 minutes, then spread with a spatula.
- Top with marshmallows in an even layer. Broil on high for 1-2 minutes until marshmallows are golden and toasty. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
- Cool completely, then slice into bars and serve.
