- 1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (50 g)
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan set over medium heat, add the 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

- Sprinkle in the 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour over the garlic and olive oil. Whisk continuously for about 1 minute.
- Gradually pour in the 1 cup of heavy cream, whisking constantly to prevent lumps from forming. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce visibly thickens.

- Season the White Garlic Pizza Sauce with ½ teaspoon of salt, ¼ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper, ½ teaspoon of dried oregano, ½ teaspoon of dried basil, and the optional ¼ teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
