- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 12 oz White Almond Bark
- 1 cup Colored Sprinkles
Instructions
- Blend Golden Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs. Mix in the brown sugar and cinnamon cream cheese until a cohesive dough forms.
- Using a cookie scoop, shape the mixture into balls, about 1.5 to 2 tablespoons in size.
- Chill the formed truffles in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Melt the white almond bark according to the package instructions until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted almond bark using a fork and let excess coating drip off before placing on parchment paper.
- Allow the coating to harden, then sprinkle colored sprinkles on top.
