  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (Vanilla Greek yogurt can be used for a sweet twist.)
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar (Adjust for desired sweetness.)
  • 2 tablespoons Cinnamon (Adjust to taste.)
  • 4 tablespoons Melted Butter (Can be omitted for a lighter version.)
  • 1 cup Confectioners’ Sugar (Adjust milk for consistency.)
  • 2 tablespoons Milk (Add more for a thinner glaze.)
  • As needed Food Coloring (Green, Purple, Yellow) (Use to enhance visual appeal.)
  • As needed Sugar or Stevia (For colorful sprinkles.)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a soft dough forms. Knead gently on a floured surface for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Flatten the dough into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick and brush the surface with melted butter.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon thoroughly. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the brushed dough.
  4. Roll the dough tightly into a log from one edge. Cut into 1-inch pieces and place in a greased 8×8 baking dish.
  5. Preheat the oven to 365°F and let the rolls rest for a few minutes to rise.
  6. Bake the rolls for about 25 minutes until golden brown and puffy.
  7. Mix confectioners’ sugar with milk until the desired icing consistency is achieved.
  8. Remove rolls from the oven, brush with icing, and top with colorful sprinkles.
