Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a soft dough forms. Knead gently on a floured surface for about 2-3 minutes.
- Flatten the dough into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick and brush the surface with melted butter.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon thoroughly. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the brushed dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log from one edge. Cut into 1-inch pieces and place in a greased 8×8 baking dish.
- Preheat the oven to 365°F and let the rolls rest for a few minutes to rise.
- Bake the rolls for about 25 minutes until golden brown and puffy.
- Mix confectioners’ sugar with milk until the desired icing consistency is achieved.
- Remove rolls from the oven, brush with icing, and top with colorful sprinkles.
