Description

Enjoy this Loaded Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta, a comforting and flavorful one-pan meal that combines the savory taste of a cheeseburger with the creamy richness of Alfredo pasta. It’s quick, easy, and perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces Pasta (elbow, penne, rotini, or shells)
  • 1 pound Ground Beef (85/15 recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded (optional)
  • 4 strips Cooked Bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Diced Dill Pickles
  • Optional Toppings: Chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess grease.
  3. Season the browned beef with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Reduce heat to low and pour in the Alfredo sauce. Stir gently and simmer for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the beef and sauce.
  6. Stir in the cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese (if using) until melted and creamy.
  7. Remove from heat. Top with crumbled bacon and diced dill pickles. Add optional toppings if desired.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For best texture, do not overcook the pasta.
  • Use freshly shredded cheese for optimal melting.
  • Adjust seasonings to your preference.
  • Consider adding fresh parsley for garnish.
