- 1 pound Ground Beef (85/15 recommended)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 cups Alfredo Sauce
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded (optional)
- 4 strips Cooked Bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Diced Dill Pickles
- Optional Toppings: Chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess grease.
- Season the browned beef with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to low and pour in the Alfredo sauce. Stir gently and simmer for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the beef and sauce.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese (if using) until melted and creamy.
- Remove from heat. Top with crumbled bacon and diced dill pickles. Add optional toppings if desired.
- Serve warm.
