- 6 slices beef bacon, fried and crumbled

- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch dressing seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook cauliflower rice according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Combine cooked chicken, cauliflower rice, and beef bacon in a large bowl.
- Stir in the ranch mixture until well combined.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with cheddar cheese, and bake at 350°F until bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
