Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen steam-in-bag cauliflower rice
  • 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 6 slices beef bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch dressing seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook cauliflower rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  3. Combine cooked chicken, cauliflower rice, and beef bacon in a large bowl.
  4. Stir in the ranch mixture until well combined.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish, top with cheddar cheese, and bake at 350°F until bubbly.
