- 1 head Cauliflower Florets
- 1 head Broccoli Florets
- 12 oz Sliced Beef Sausage
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 medium Onion, diced
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Lightly steam broccoli and cauliflower florets.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté diced onion until translucent. Add minced garlic and sliced beef sausage, cooking until browned.
- In a bowl, blend cream cheese and heavy whipping cream until smooth.
- Layer steamed vegetables in a baking dish, top with sausage mixture, then pour sauce over.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
