Description

A creamy, cheesy casserole featuring broccoli and cauliflower topped with beef sausage, perfect for a low-carb diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower Florets
  • 1 head Broccoli Florets
  • 12 oz Sliced Beef Sausage
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Lightly steam broccoli and cauliflower florets.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté diced onion until translucent. Add minced garlic and sliced beef sausage, cooking until browned.
  3. In a bowl, blend cream cheese and heavy whipping cream until smooth.
  4. Layer steamed vegetables in a baking dish, top with sausage mixture, then pour sauce over.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
