- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 3–4 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
- 1 teaspoon almond extract (for glaze)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- For the glaze, combine powdered sugar, milk, and almond extract until smooth. Dip cooled cookies in glaze and top with sprinkles.
