Description

A low-carb, high-protein chicken salad with jalapenos, bacon, and cheese, perfect for meal prep or family dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 4 jalapeños, diced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or chives) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt and cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Stir in garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in shredded chicken, diced jalapeños, and crumbled bacon.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs.
