- 1 cup corn kernels

Instructions
- Cook chicken until 165°F, shred, and set aside.

- In a bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine chicken, corn, cilantro, and feta (if using) with the dressing.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
