Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook ground chicken in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine orange juice, orange zest, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Whisk until blended.
  3. Pour sauce over cooked chicken, stir to coat, and sprinkle cornstarch. Stir until sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, then serve garnished with green onions.
