- 1/2 cup orange juice

- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions
- Cook ground chicken in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine orange juice, orange zest, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Whisk until blended.
- Pour sauce over cooked chicken, stir to coat, and sprinkle cornstarch. Stir until sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, then serve garnished with green onions.
