Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Green Onions
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil
  • 2 cups Baby Spinach
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Chives
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast or Parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • to taste Salt and Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the green cabbage, cucumber, and green onions finely, then add them to a large mixing bowl.
