Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cauliflower: Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  2. Mix the Batter: In a bowl, combine cornstarch, all-purpose flour, and water to form a smooth batter.
  3. Heat the Oil: In a wok or deep skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
