  • 1 pound Tiger Shrimp
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and ΒΌ cup of butter in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp in batches for about 1 minute per side until they turn pink. Remove and set aside.
  2. Reduce heat to medium, add the remaining butter, then stir in minced garlic and lemon zest, cooking until fragrant (approximately 1 minute).
  3. Return shrimp to the pan, tossing to coat in the garlic sauce. Add lemon juice and Italian seasoning, mixing well.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve while hot, on its own or atop pasta, rice, or alongside crusty bread.
