- 1 pound Tiger Shrimp
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and ΒΌ cup of butter in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp in batches for about 1 minute per side until they turn pink. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium, add the remaining butter, then stir in minced garlic and lemon zest, cooking until fragrant (approximately 1 minute).
- Return shrimp to the pan, tossing to coat in the garlic sauce. Add lemon juice and Italian seasoning, mixing well.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve while hot, on its own or atop pasta, rice, or alongside crusty bread.
