Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the thawed and squeezed dry spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and minced garlic.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
  3. Mix all ingredients together until well combined, creating your crock pot spinach artichoke dip.
  4. Transfer the mixture to your crock pot.
  5. Cook on low for 2-3 hours, or on high for 1-1.5 hours, stirring occasionally, until the dip is heated through and bubbly. This is your crock pot artichoke spinach dip cooking time.
  6. Serve your warm spinach artichoke dip crock pot style with your favorite dippers.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  • If you prefer a smoother dip, blend the ingredients slightly before adding to the crock pot.
  • Ensure your spinach is thoroughly squeezed dry to avoid a watery dip.
  • This recipe is for a classic crock pot spinach artichoke dip, but feel free to experiment with cheese variations.
