- 12 oz small pasta noodles
- 2 cups frozen peas (Thawed)
- 12 oz thick cut bacon (Cooked and chopped)
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Boil small pasta noodles in salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- While the pasta cooks, thaw peas, fry bacon until crispy, and grate Parmesan cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- In a large bowl, gently mix together cooled pasta, thawed peas, chopped bacon, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and stir until coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or serve immediately.
Notes
- Can substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
- Adjust seasonings according to your taste.
