Description

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms blend crabmeat and cheese in tender mushrooms, creating an irresistible appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz Cremini mushrooms
  • 8 oz Minced crabmeat
  • 3 tbsp Salted butter
  • 2 pcs Green onions
  • 8 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 pcs Egg
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Red chili flakes
  • 1/4 cup Freshly minced parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a large baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  2. Clean the mushrooms by gently wiping their caps and removing the stems and gills.
  3. Bake the cleaned mushroom caps stem-side up for 3-4 minutes (optional).
  4. Combine all filling ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until well blended.
  5. Prepare the topping by mixing remaining breadcrumbs, butter, and parsley.
  6. Fill each mushroom cap with about one tablespoon of the crab filling.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, rotating halfway through, until golden-brown.
