Crab Stuffed Mushrooms blend crabmeat and cheese in tender mushrooms, creating an irresistible appetizer.

- 12 oz Cremini mushrooms
- 8 oz Minced crabmeat
- 3 tbsp Salted butter
- 2 pcs Green onions
- 8 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 pcs Egg
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Red chili flakes
- 1/4 cup Freshly minced parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a large baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- Clean the mushrooms by gently wiping their caps and removing the stems and gills.
- Bake the cleaned mushroom caps stem-side up for 3-4 minutes (optional).
- Combine all filling ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until well blended.
- Prepare the topping by mixing remaining breadcrumbs, butter, and parsley.
- Fill each mushroom cap with about one tablespoon of the crab filling.
- Bake for 20 minutes, rotating halfway through, until golden-brown.
