- 1/3 cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup (175g) semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter, softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
- Stir in the semisweet chocolate chips by hand.
