Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir well and set aside.
- Beat the softened butter until creamy, then add brown sugar and beat until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.

- Scoop about 1.5 tablespoons of dough and roll into balls. Roll each ball in granulated sugar, sprinkles, or powdered sugar.
- Place the dough balls on the lined baking sheet about an inch apart. Bake for 7-8 minutes until puffed up.
- Immediately press an unwrapped Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each warm cookie.
