- 6 large burrito-size flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, salsa, cheddar cheese, jalapeƱos, hot sauce, taco seasoning, cilantro, and chopped chicken. Mix until well blended.
- Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread approximately 1/6 of the mixture evenly across the entire surface.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one edge to the other.
- Wrap the rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap to help maintain shape.
- Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Place all wrapped tortillas in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Remove plastic wrap, trim the ends of each roll, and slice each roll into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
