Description

Cheesy Ground Beef Dip is a comforting and flavorful party favorite packed with beef, cheese, and spices.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Jalapeño
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Strained Tomato
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large pan over medium-high heat, add lean ground beef, diced jalapeño, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Cook until browned and crumbly, about 15 minutes.
  2. Stir in chicken broth, strained tomato, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring everything to a simmer and cook for 25 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  3. Layer half of the shredded cheddar into the beef mixture, pushing it down gently. Then top with the remaining cheese, so it’s gloriously gooey when melted.
  4. Transfer the pan under the broiler for about 5 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  5. Garnish with red chili pepper flakes and chopped parsley for color. Serve hot, warm, or at room temperature with your favorite dippers.
