- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt

- For the Garlic Cheese Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1½ cups milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1¼ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- For Assembly:
- 4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)
- ½ cup chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
- 1 tablespoon butter or oil (for toasting)
- Extra shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Slice the chicken into strips and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 6–8 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Cook 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in garlic powder and salt. Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
- Lay out tortillas. Add chicken, drizzle garlic cheese sauce over the top, sprinkle with parsley and extra cheese if using.
- Fold in sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
- Heat a clean skillet over medium heat with butter or oil. Toast each wrap seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crisp.
- Slice and serve hot with extra sauce for dipping.

- Use rotisserie chicken for a shortcut.
- Swap mozzarella for pepper jack for extra heat.
