  • 2 cups Macaroni
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • ½ cup BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet with olive oil for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Shred the chicken.
  2. Cook macaroni in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour until combined. Gradually pour in milk, garlic powder, and onion powder, whisking until the sauce thickens (about 3-4 minutes).
  4. Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the shredded chicken and cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce. Mix in BBQ sauce until everything is coated.
  6. Serve hot, optionally drizzled with extra BBQ sauce and garnished with chopped herbs.
