Ingredients

  • 4 large Eggs
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Chives
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • ½ cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese and eggs. Whisk until blended.
  3. Stir in Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fold in bell peppers, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
