Ingredients

  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced avocados and crumbled feta cheese.
  2. Add the diced cherry tomatoes, red onion, and fresh parsley (or cilantro).
