Description

A vibrant marinade for skirt steak that combines citrus and spices for a flavorful, tender dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb skirt steak
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, cumin, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Trim skirt steak and place in a resealable bag or dish.
  3. Pour marinade over steak, ensuring it’s well coated. Seal bag or cover dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove steak from marinade and grill for 3-5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
  6. Let steak rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing against the grain and serving.
