Ingredients

- 1 lb skirt steak
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, cumin, and red pepper flakes.
- Trim skirt steak and place in a resealable bag or dish.
- Pour marinade over steak, ensuring it’s well coated. Seal bag or cover dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove steak from marinade and grill for 3-5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
- Let steak rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing against the grain and serving.
