Description

Enjoy these delightful yogurt parfaits, featuring creamy Greek yogurt, sweet blueberry compote, and crunchy granola for a perfect breakfast treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Fresh Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 4 cups Low Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Cinnamon Granola

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, granulated sugar, and water. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat for about 5-8 minutes until the blueberries burst and thicken into a compote.
  2. Once the compote has reached the desired consistency, remove it from heat and allow it to chill in the refrigerator.
  3. To assemble, add 1/3 cup of Greek yogurt to each cup for the creamy base.
  4. Layer 2 tablespoons of the chilled blueberry compote on top of the yogurt, followed by 2 tablespoons of cinnamon granola.
  5. Repeat the layering process once more and finish each parfait with an extra tablespoon of blueberries.
