Description

This Valentine’s Swirl Cake combines delightful swirls of flavors and colors, making it a perfect dessert to celebrate love.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box White Cake Mix
  • 1 Tbsp Strawberry Jello
  • 1 tube White Frosting
  • 1 tube Pink Gel Food Coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven as instructed on the cake mix box. Grease a fluted tube cake pan.
  2. Prepare the cake batter following the package instructions. Divide the batter into two bowls. Stir in the strawberry jello into one bowl.
  3. Pour half of the red batter into the pan, layer it with the white batter, then top with the remaining red batter.
  4. Bake as per the box instructions. Allow the cake to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
  5. Divide the frosting into two bowls. Microwave one portion until smooth. Mix gel food coloring into the other bowl.
  6. Drizzle frosting over the cooled cake, let it set, then slice to serve. Optionally dust with powdered sugar.
