- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil (or vegetable oil if needed)
- 1 piece Onion (or shallots for milder flavor)
- 2 cloves Garlic (or garlic powder in a pinch)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream (or half-and-half/coconut milk as lighter substitutes)
- 1 teaspoon Paprika (smoked paprika for added depth)
- 1 teaspoon Cumin (or coriander as a mild substitute)

Instructions
- Warm 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat until it shimmers gently.
- Add 1 finely chopped onion and 2 minced garlic cloves to the pan. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes, or until the onion becomes translucent and fragrant.
- Generously season the chicken breasts with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream, stirring gently. Reduce the heat to simmer for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Before serving, sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top.
